Customers can order samples of our hand printed fabric and wallpaper through our website. Please ensure that you include the design name and colourway.

Samples of our hand printed fabric are A6 size. Samples of our larger designs may be greater in size to ensure that all the printed colours are shown. Samples of our hand printed wallpapers are approximately A4 in size.

Large returnable samples of our hand printed fabrics and wallpapers are available to order through our website. There is a deposit to pay of £37 plus a postage charge. Within the UK samples are sent First Class by post. Returnable samples are sent by courier on a next day delivery.

On receipt of your order request, we will email a pro forma invoice back to you. Once we have received payment, your order will be assigned a date on our print list so that you can alert your upholsterer or curtain maker and plan your installation.

We manufacture all our fabrics and wallpapers in our Cotswold Printworks. This gives us total control over the quality of products, allowing us to maintain the high standards that our clients have come to expect from us.

All of our fabrics are printed at a total width of 132cm. The total side to side match/repeat is 130cm. This leaves an unprinted margin of approximately 5cm on each edge of the fabric.

This is a hand printed product that will age beautifully with use. We recommend that fabrics be dry cleaned only.

All of our wallpapers are hand printed at a width of 52cm or 65cm. The printed widths of each design are shown on the individual wallpaper pages of our website.

When hanging our wallpapers it is important that the paste is applied to the wall not the paper.

Our wallpaper is suitable for use in Kitchens and Bathrooms. The paper is handprinted and finished with a clear protective matt varnish that enables resistance to moderate airborne moisture. However, as with all wallpapers, you should avoid hanging our paper on walls that are frequently splashed or sprayed.

To remove dust and cobwebs the paper should be brushed with a clean, dry, soft-bristle brush or feather duster. Alternatively it can be gently wiped with a clean, moist cloth. Yes, you are very welcome to collect your order from our Cotswold print studio and showroom in Gloucestershire. Please make it clear when ordering that you will be collecting your order.

All our fabrics and wallpapers are hand printed to order. Once we have printed your order no cancellations or reductions will be accepted. You may increase the amount that you wish to order but this will only be printed as a separate additional order once additional payment has been received.

No returns are allowed once your order has been printed by Rapture & Wright. Returns may only be made if the product is deemed to be faulty and this has been accepted in writing by Rapture & Wright. Rapture & Wright will not accept returns from the customer if the product has been cut or processed in any way by the customer or a third party acting on the customer’s behalf.

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If you believe that the item is faulty or damaged you should contact Rapture & Wright by email, including photographic evidence for us to assess the scale of the fault or damage. If we agree that the item is substandard or damaged we will either replace the item or offer a full refund including delivery and return to Rapture & Wright. Replacements offered will be on a like-for-like basis for your original order.

Replacements will only be offered on faulty goods prior to cutting or processing in any way by the customer or a third party acting on the customer’s behalf.

Our aim has always been to produce the highest quality cloth that is long-lasting but looks and feels exceptional without the use of pesticides or excessive chemical processing; therefore, we use only Linen rather than cotton.

Our fabrics are woven exclusively for us in Britain and Europe using only the highest quality flax, grown and spun in Northern Europe. One of our base cloths includes a small percentage of European-manufactured viscose yarn, which helps give the Linen cloth a wonderful drape with minimal processing.

All of our fabrics are printed at a total width of 132cm. The total side to side match/repeat is 130cm. This leaves an unprinted margin of approximately 5cm on each edge of the fabric.

This is a hand printed product that will age beautifully with use. We recommend that fabrics be dry cleaned only.

For example, an order of 30m would be supplied as two 15m rolls. An order of 100m would be supplied as four rolls of 25m.

Our Tribal Stripe wallpaper is supplied in 10m rolls.

All of our wallpapers are hand printed at a width of 52cm or 65cm. The printed widths of each design are shown on the individual wallpaper pages of our website.

When hanging our wallpapers it is important that the paste is applied to the wall not the paper.

Our wallpaper is suitable for use in Kitchens and Bathrooms. The paper is handprinted and finished with a clear protective matt varnish that enables resistance to moderate airborne moisture. However, as with all wallpapers, you should avoid hanging our paper on walls that are frequently splashed or sprayed.
